One of the many wonderful moments of a recent interview with Marc Andreessen was his explanation of why certain innovations are adopted by millions while other ideas fail to gain traction.  He jokingly suggested that popular devices come with an “it-works feature.”  It’s funny but true.  The Locker Partner staff often encounters impenetrable jargon and nonsensical navel-gazing in the social media community.  There’s often a wide gulf between talking a good game and providing tangible results.  We suggest that potential clients should not forget to ask about an “it-works” feature.
